Once the assembly and dismantling of the installations has been completed, you must leave the site in the same condition as when you found it. In the event that the exhibitor does not request the Waste Removal Service, but residues appear at their location, FERIA VALENCIA will invoice the cost of removing these, subject to prior notification to the exhibitor, with a 25% surcharge.
In order to receive both Exhibitor and Parking Cards, it will be necessary to have made all the payments corresponding to the stand and services and/or to hand in the corresponding receipts.
Passes shall be issued in the name of the Company..
For the delivery of the assembly passes, please fill in the following document https://……/solicitud-pases-montaje/ .
And you must send the completed and signed form to: oficinamontajes@feriavalencia.com
The user can carry it either in the mobile phone or printed out.
Attention: Please note that decorators or assemblers must apply for assembly passes directly to the Assembly Office and must present the TC-2 or the ITA (last receipt for self-employed), the company’s fiscal data and the project of the stand to be assembled, as well as the payment of the assembly fee for decorating and assembly companies.
Exhibitors will be provided with a wine glass service located in the «Wine Experience» area..
Daily delivery of drinks can be requested at the stand, this service costs €50/day..

Truck parking at the exhibition grounds is available, so please contact the Service Centre.
